Dr. Kyle P. Moran
Dr. Kyle P. Moran is a board certified chiropractic physician and the clinical director of Back In Action. He has been practicing sports chiropractic with Back In Action since 2005.
Dr. Moran received a bachelors of science degree in 2000 and his doctorate of Chiropractic in 2003, both from Logan College of Chiropractic in St. Louis, MO. He also has additional training in the chiropractic management of sports injuries.
Dr. Kyle Moran has also been voted "Best Chiropractor" in Style Weekly's Best of Richmond and in Virginia Living magazine in recent years.
Dr. Moran is a multi-sport athlete and has extensive experience treating athletes and active individuals. He has treated many professional and high-level athletes in a myriad of sports and has developed a reputation in the Richmond health care arena for working with sports injuries of all types, including the spine and extremities.
Dr. James M.Tait, IV
Dr. James Tait is a board certified chiropractic physician. A Richmond native, he grew up in Midlothian, Virginia and graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science. He then attained his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange, Florida.
Dr. Tait has been extensively trained in the management of sports and orthopedic conditions of the spine and extremities He utilizes a holistic and functional approach to individualized care and enjoys working with other healthcare practitioners for the best interest of the patient.
Dr. Tait's interest in chiropractic started with his desire to help athletes perform at their optimum level . He has a continued this passion by helping those from recreational to professional athletes and those simply interested in living an active lifestyle.
On a personal level, he enjoys spending time with his girlfriend appreciating the many outdoor activities and events that Richmond has to offer.
Dr. Thomas E. Sontag
Dr. Thomas E. Sontag is a board certified chiropractic physician. Dr. Sontag attained his Bachelors of Science from Old Dominion University in Norfolk,VA in 2004. He then earned his Doctorate in Chiropractic in 2008 from Life Chiropractic College in Marietta, Georgia where he was trained in a variety of techniques including the management of sports and orthopedic conditions of the spine and extremities. His clinical focus is both with athletes and active individuals - as well as a family practice. Prior to practicing in Richmond, Dr. Sontag built a successful practice in South Hill, VA. A long distance commute to be with his wife of present, brought him seeking to be in a practice closer to Richmond - and he found one at Back In Action.
