Deep Tissue Massage

Similar to Swedish massage, but deeper pressure is utilized to release chronic muscle tension. It is beneficial in providing deep pain relief, loosening scar tissue and lengthening muscles as well as chronic and overuse injuries.

Sports Massage

A focused massage on the areas of the body that are over-used and stressed from repetitive and often aggressive movements.  Sports massage can be used as a means to enhance pre-event preparation and reduce recovery time before and after an event. Athletes and weekend warriors have found specially designed sports massage promotes flexibility, reduces fatigue, improves endurance, and helps prevent injuries.

Prenatal Massage

Massage therapy during pregnancy reduces stress and overall wellness. It relieves many of the normal discomforts experienced during pregnancy such as backaches, stiff neck, leg cramps, headaches and edema (or swelling).  Prenatal massage also encourages blood and lymph circulation, and helps to relax nervous tension caused by hormonal changes.

Hot Stone Massage

A full body massage using the healing power of stones, hydrotherapy and heat to create the ultimate relaxing experience. The heat of the stones expand blood vessels, which encourages blood flow throughout the body and has a sedative effect that can relieve chronic pain, reduce stress and promote deep relaxation.

Trigger Point Therapy

A massage using cycles of isolated pressure and release techniques to relieve stress points throughout the body. This massage helps naturally manage pain and stress from chronic injuries or conditions.

Reflexology
