Based on your motivation for coming to Back In Action - pain, prevention /wellness or performance - your treatment plan and choices will vary.  It is our goal is to get you back in action quickly, affordably and with excellent customer service.  It is our duty to educate you so that as a health care consumer you are aware of options that positively impact your health - in this case, we may see you at one of our health educational seminars. Or, you may be coming in for chiropractic care and realize that our yoga classes fit your lifestyle. You may also find that a combination of acupuncture and massage works for you.  Whatever the case, there are choices that will fit your needs.

 

Initial visits for chiropractic care, massage or acupuncture are all approximately one hour.  Filling out paperwork ahead of time will assist in making your visit more efficient. 

If you are coming for a Chiropractic visit, it is helpful to bring any existing health records, such as Xrays or MRI's. If this is unavailable, the results of these records can always be requisitioned.  Xrays are sometimes taken at Back In Action at the time of your initial visit - on the region of your chief complaint.  

We like to work as a team with any other health care providers that you utilize.  We are happy to send reports and or to communicate with both medical and complementary health care providers, for your best interest.
